Pet Policy
Pet screening is required as a part of the application process. If you have applied, you must create your profile with Pet Screening. This is a requirement EVEN if you do not have a pet. 

The property accepts domestic animals where application is made, no more than two domestic pets each. Aggressive breeds will not be allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. There is a non-refundable animal fee and/ or refundable deposit. Prior approval from management will be required. In addition, there is a monthly pet rent per pet. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
