Great place to call home! Clean and updated building that is mostly quiet and nestled in Old City right near the Ben Franklin bridge, great views and great access.

I have really enjoyed the employees at the complex. They are very helpful whenever you need anything. In addition, the complex is fantastic. You are still in the city but do not feel overwhelmed with big city living.

Location is ideal for work and access to major highways. Love the ability to park, workout, and feel safe in this complex as well. Always something going on either with movie night or pool events.

Safe Secure Clean Responsive Staff Walkable to downtown but without the traffic and noise . ( the inner ring apartments are the best !) Comfy pool Very convenient exercise room !
